Ensure items are in their original, sealed packaging; for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened ink, needles, or aftercare products.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific items.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to us using a trackable courier service.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
